So, just for the record, this shake probably lost all nutritional value with the addition of today’s “liquid crack”, but I had an extra Diet Mt. Dew lying around and it sounded like a good idea at the time.

Mt. Dew Smoothie

1/2 banana (preferably frozen)
3-4 medium strawberries
1 T. cocoa powder
1-2 T. almond butter
1/2 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 can Diet Mt. Dew
1 dash Cinnamon

Step #1: Blend.
Step #2: Add ice to thicken.
Step #3: Enjoy.
(Optional) Step #4:  Chase with other 1/2 can of Diet Mt. Dew.
